Next Thursday's monthly meeting

Andrew Negus - who presented several talks to us about Winchester - follows up by telling us about his trip on the Siberian railway and tour of China. He's titled his talk 'The weird, the wild and the wonderful'.

Spring newsletter available online

The Spring newsletter is available here. As before, you can choose to print your own copy or view the newsletter online (and, if it helps, enlarge the text and images).

All members can use the online version.

If you have opted to receive a printed copy, you should receive it shortly. In the meantime, if you no longer want the printed version you can save HIU3A money by telling us you want to opt out here.

Longleat visit now available for booking

We'll be going to Longleat House and Safari Park on Wednesday 13th June. Click here to find out more. At the bottom of the page you can find out how to book places online. Alternatively, you can book at the Visits desk next Thursday.

We also have a few places left on the Globe Theatre tour taking place on 25th April - but you'll need to be quick to get your booking in on time!

You can get in touch with the visits team at: visits@haylingu3a.org.uk

New web site feature

Ever since we started the new web site, you have been able to use it to contact other members and - subject to each member's preference - get contact details. If a member has allowed you to see their email address you can now click a button to copy it to your clipboard and from there paste it into your email program. That makes it easier to:

  • Send an email to more than one person
  • Send emails using a web browser

From the forums

Find out about a photography exhibition in Chichester.

We send this email on the week-end before each monthly meeting. If you have something you'd like to include please let me know.
